How to use two language in Google now?

So when driving in my car I use google now a lot. I have set it on English and mostly use it in English. How ever, as soon as I ask it to send a whatsapp message I want it to send a message in another language (Dutch). But this seems to be unpossible even when I have two language set in Google now.

So who knows if this is possible and how?
