    My Samsung s7 is over heating and restarting constantly.. I can't seem to do anything without it turning off and on again draining the battery instantly.. how can I fix?

    Turn the phone off. Charge it fully. Start into recovery mode. Clear the cache. (That won't do anything to your apps or data.)

    Turn the phone off again. Start in Safe Mode. See if it appears to work. (If not, your battery probably has an internal short and has to be replaced. (That's why I hate buying phones with non-removable batteries.)

    If it works in safe mode, run one of your downloaded programs at a time. (Safe mode starts with only the apps that came with the phone.) When you run an app and it immediately starts fast-draining the battery, you found the culprit. Turn the phone off, charge it, turn it on in Safe Mode and uninstall that app. Restart and you should be okay (unless you have 2 bad apps).
