No sound during calls on my Samsung Galaxy A8?

Hey, Guys, I got an issue with my Samsung Galaxy A8 device.Just 3 days ago I noticed while i was trying to talk to my brother I noticed he couldn't hear my voice but i could hear him.I thought it was my mute button but it was not am I dealing with a hardware issue i just need some advice?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it still happening with every call? If so, can they hear you if you turn on speakerphone, or use a wired or Bluetooth headset?
