How can i stop the screen to light up ?

I counted the seconds that the phone lights on and off and is every three seconds. I turned off all notifications and it did not work. it's very annoying specially at night and the issue is draining my battery. Please any guidance will be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central. As you've provided no details of anything, the only thing that comes to mind is Accessibility settings.
