    I have a HTC 530 and it won't seem to save to the SD card or internal storage in tried un mount in it helpppp

    Welcome.

    Check the "Gallery" app.
    That is where screenshots are usually stored.

    Look for a folder named Screenshots or it could be in Pictures, in a Screenshots folder in there. It should show in Gallery, but some phones may have a .nomedia file in the Screenshots folder, making any pictures in there invisible to apps like Gallery. (You can't save them to the SD card, the best you can do is find them (using a file manager) and copy them to the SD card (then, if the copy was successful, delete the original). (Don't Move a file - if the move fails, you can lose both the original and the copy. It's supposed to be copy/paste somewhere else/delete, but to save storage space, some apps copy/delete/paste somewhere else. So if the picture copies, deletes, then something goes bad, the picture is gone.)
