    I have tried all the suggestions to delete a photo from picasa...by going to google+, selecting the "pinwheel" photo icon, the photo does not show up there. On my Samsung Note 4, I did select ""Content to Display" and saw that "Content in Picasa", so unchecked box. Picture is now gone to view from gallery, but once box is checked, it is still in existence. I have tried all the "clear cache" and so forth, nothing works to delete if forever. PLEASE HELP!

    Welcome to Android Central! Picasa signifies that the photo is uploaded to your Google Photos in the cloud. Go to photos.google.com on your desktop browser, and see if you can find the photos there. If so, move it to the trash, and see if that gets rid of it on the phone.
