Has anyone seen a new popup that shows my apps when I am browsing on Chrome?

AC Question

In the past week, when I hit my Chrome browser a certain way, I get this pop up screen, that shows many of my apps. It is on the right lower part of the screen, with something of a quarter circle line around them.
Does anyone know what this is, how to make it show up on demand, and why I just started seeing this as of maybe around July 20, 2017?
Also, what does it do? I clicked on one of those app icons, it didn't do anything that I noticed.

Welcome to the forums. That sounds like the swipe feature included in ES File Explorer and other apps. If you have ES installed, disable this option in the app settings or, even better, uninstall it. Tell us how it goes.
