I need to retrieve a lost cut accident from mobile word

I was writing personal statement on my huwaie phone using Word. After completing I tried to cut or copy and paste on my application but accidentally cut and lost it. Can you please help me retrieve the text? My phone's automatic save is turned on.

Welcome to Android Central. You should be able to do that through Word's File or Edit menu. If you have done nothing else and the file is still open, then Edit/Undo last. If past that then you should have a backup under the File menu.
