Why want my att email come up on my icon?

I went out of town for a couple of weeks and now I can't get my emails to update . I can go to att mail ant sign in to see them but not on the icon on the homepage .

That's the second complaint about AT&T email I've seen today - I suspect AT&T is having a problem. Go to your nearest AT&T company store and ask. (They may tell you on the phone if you call customer service, but they're usually the last people to know about temporary things like a server being down.)
