My Samsung galaxy Tab E keeps on flashing very fast and as it flashes the samsung logo appears?

Hello there I really need help! My Samsung galaxy Tab E keeps on flashing very fast and as it flashes the samsung logo appears and I'm very concerned that its breaking but I'm not sure. I've tried to press restart device and thought ths t would work but it didn't ! Please i really need help .

It sounds like a hardware failure of some kind.
