Blue flame circle

When I charge my phone now a blue flame circle pops up by the home button only for 2-3 seconds expanding size of a quarter? Only when plugging in, holding a charge. Has not always been like this. Phone works fine.

What phone? I'm assuming it's a Samsung? You only noticed it now. The newer Samsungs always had it. I've had my S7 Edge for over a year and it's been there from the start. It's just a charging animation.
