Whenever I try to cancel a subscription in Google Play store, I get this error code. I have no idea what the problem is. Please help. Thanks.

this might work:
Open Settings -> Apps, Force stop and clear cache and data of Google Play Store, Google Services Framework and Google Play Services.
Then restart your phone, connect to the internet and after a while your google play store should work.
Check the Error is fixed if it’s not then going the next method.
