I encrypted my SD card prior to going on a vacation, took a bunch of photos, and then when I came home I decrypted the SD card and now the card is blank/corrupted. I am desperate to get my vacation photos back. All the photos were there right before I ran decryption. Then they are gone.

    - Phone is a Samsung galaxy s4. not rooted.

    - alll photos that were in gallery and apps installed on SD card are gone.

    - I have spent several hours on the phone with Verizon and Samsung as well as gone to a Samsung tech in person at a Best Buy store.

    - Have restarted phone several times and have taken the card out and put it back in

    - I have tried to re-encrypt it with no success. It says SD card encryption is on but then no option to decrypt it

    - My PC doesn't recognize the card (doesn't show up in My Computer) but a program called PhotoRec seems to see it and the card size ~64gb

    - my phone says "sd card is safe to remove" when I put it in

    Please help. Thank you!
