I have a brand new E4 unlocked. The touchscreen is great when its working but after it sits idle for a few minutes it becomes unresponsive. If I use the power or volume button they appear on the screen so its not frozen. I can usually get it to unlock by tapping and swiping at it a few dozen times. I turned off the lockscreen feature but then it just has the same issue on the "desktop/home" screen
I have factory reset it four or five times with the same results. It seems to be far less frequent of a problem when its on the charger. NO apps have been installed.
Any ideas folks? Im not a cell phone wiz by any means.
