My friend amhas a Samsung s 7 and dropped her phone. She has shown me it and what it looks like is the lcd leaking. But... it is coming as loads of tiny little blue spots coming on the screen. What has happened?

Presumably, damage has been caused by the impact. Other hidden damage may also have been done.

An LCD is a liquid crystal display, so it might very well have broken and is leaking. As Belodion said, she not only needs the screen replaced, there may be other problems caused by the shock, like a broken motherboard, a damaged battery, etc. She needs to take it to a reputable repair shop to get an estimate of all the damage, and the cost to repair it, so she can determine whether it pays to repair or replace it. (Remember, what she has is a used phone. A good used S7 sells on Swappa (about the best place to find a good used phone) for the $300 range. The repair might be considerably more than that.)
