"System UI has stopped working" Infinite errors after chaning screen resolution and reboot

[AC Question]

I followed a tutorial to change screen resolution without root.
After reboot it gets to a black screen with Error message "System UI has stopped working" all I can do is Power off/reboot and then the same thing.
I think the system is running under the black screen because the phone vibrates when i lower volume to vibrate or when I recieve a message.
I'm using a Galaxy J5(2016) with Android 6.0.1

I was not aware that you could change the screen resolution without root.
Anyway, you may need to factory reset, and if no go, to reflash the stock ROM.
