Hello, I have a HTC Desire 620G Dual Sim. Every app that I have keeps crashing in each menu that I access, I really can't do anything. The most that appears is " Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" . I have tried going to Google Play Services and go to Manage space, can't open it. Basically, everything crashes on my phone. I've tried doing a factory reset but nothing gets uninstalled/reset. Nothing works, clear cache also doesn't work. I've tried to force stop some google apps but then my Blink Feed keeps crashing. Is there anything I can do or do I need to send it to a specialist?

Have you tried turning the phone off for a few minutes, then turning it back on?

If that doesn't work, the ROM may have to be reflashed, so I hope you have everything backed up - because you'll lose all your settings, documents, songs, videos, etc., and all your installed apps.

With the phone on.. Remove the Sims card and then re enter the Sims Card. I was having the same issues with mine a while back. This worked for me and most who have tried. After you re enter your sims card. Phone will show a message that it noticed a Sims card and phone needs to reboot. Select Reboot phone and this hopefully should solve your problem. If not you may have to factory reset by turning phone completely off the press and hold the volume up and power button to turn phone back on. When selections pop up. Use up botton to highlight recover phone. This is going to restore your phone to factory meaning not contacts emails. Ext. It does not erase data on you external sd card. Only phone. Hooe this helps

But a factory reset deletes all your data, your files, your installed apps - everything that wasn't on the phone when it came out of the box. So that's the next to last resort. (The last resort, which will have the same results, but is necessary if the ROM got corrupted, is to reflash the ROM. After that, it's a hardware problem and it's usually cheaper to replace an almost 3 year old phone than it is to repair it.)
