pen drive not connect by otg in Samsung note 4

I have Samsung note 4 SM-N910U Hongkong Model, earlier when I connect pen drive to my mymobile with otg then it did not connect then I applied code *#0808#
after then I select the option MTP+ ADB after that my pen drive connect with my mobile but after some time same error again not connect to my mobile I applied same trick again but not working I activated developer tool and then usb dubbing but not get success and one earlier it charge very quickly now it takes too much time give me solution of it.
