I've been looking all over to find a solution and none are either working or related enough.

I was trying to copy files (pictures) from my Samsung Galaxy s5 to my computer, but stupidly I unplugged it without thinking while the files were copying. Now my computer won't recognize the phone so I can open up my files and try again... It will charge, though..

What can I do to fix this?

My computer wouldn't do it on it's own and I didn't know where to find the drivers online.
I did the thing where you uninstall the drivers so the computer could do it automatically, but it didn't work.

Luckily, however, for whatever reason today my computer decided it would reinstall the drivers and I can access my phone files again.

Thank you for your help, though!
