hello i have a docooler m9s pro amlogic s905x.. When i use the power adapter its not powering up at all i used a known working adapter same problem.. I am using a male to male usb cable thats connected to my cell phone wall charger and its working.. could it be that the box has a bad power port?

Can some also help me find the firmware for the box please.. i have this
