I have encrypted my SD card when it was in an Galaxy S5 and I forgot to decrypt the SD card before getting the Galaxy S7. I now cannot see any of the data I have on my SD card. I was hoping I could send it to Android and they could decrypt the card for me.

Have you tried the card in a PC? If that can read the card, you may be able to proceed from there.

Whether Google would be able to do what you ask, I don't know, but there's no harm in asking them.
