Can't access my account because I don't own the samennumber

Hey guys I can't access my account because I have forgotten my password, but my phone needs me to log in with an account that has been synced with that phone after I had wiped it, I can't access it because I don't own that number anymore and I can't find a site that can let me contact someone, any ideas??

You need to log in using the account details for a Google account that was previously logged in to the device. If this was your device from the beginning, you'll need to remember your password or use Google account recovery to reset the password then wait 24 hours to log in using that new password.
