Unless the phone uses the same processor this time around across the board, that would be a no, and at this point, not sure if worth it at all. If history stands true, American versions (carrier or unlocked) will use Qualcomm's chips and International versions will use Exynos processors. Problem is (again, if the past is of any indication) that even if the unlocked American version used Exynos, it doesn't release until after the carrier versions do. Importing it from abroad would add to the already-hefty price tag, and just for a different processor, not sure it's worth it IMHO.
(Unless tests and actual user experiences note a VERY big difference in performance between the two chipsets).
