    How can i get it off when it's not on the phone i'm using now? It also,can't go on nothing else.

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying the phone did a factory reset on its own, or did you do the reset? And now it's stuck in the Setup Wizard? What screen are you having problems getting past?
