Photos are blurry and grainy in default gallery app, but clear quality in google photos. Please help

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 Neo and I am having issues viewing my photos in my phone, when I viewed my photos in the default gallery app, photos are become blurry and grainy even if i check the details, it has the full resolution, there's nothing wrong with the camera or something because when i viewed them on google photos or any third party gallery apps, everything was clear and crisp and lots of detail, I dont know how to fix this, even if I reformat the phone or update/downgrade the gallery app, nothing happens still grainy, I want my default gallery app will be fixed, Please Help..

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried going to the App Manager, selecting Gallery, and Clearing Cache/Data?
