Bottom 3 numbers missing on keyboard when horizontal

[AC Question]

I was trying to set up YouTube for Kids for my child and when asked to input the verification code, the bottom rows of numbers (7,8,9,and 0) do not show up. This made it impossible to input the code as two of the numbers were 7 and 0. Any ideas?
