The method that Samsung health is using to set heart zones based on age has been debunked long ago. Samsung has my heart zone record activity already, why does it not allow me to input my maximum heart rate. According to Samsung, all of my runs are in the MAXIMUM range because it doesn't know my maximum heart rate is 210.

This was a dealbreaker for me as well - if you are into HRT, best to invest in a Garmin. The Garmin ecosystem lets you not only set individual heart rate zones, but power zones for running and cycling, FTP, etc - great stuff!
