Android protwelve can't pair with Bluetooth

I have external Sony speaker, trying to connect to it via Bluetooth. The speakers come up when I turn on bluetooth per my protwelve settings screen, i click on 'pair' but after a few seconds it says it can't pair with the device.

try it with another phone and see whether the problem caused by the phone or not.

Welcome to Android Central! Also, do you have to press a Connect/Pair button on the speaker first?
