My android bluetooth is screwy. It keeps cutting out. I hardwired it to a portable speaker but then it cuts in even when off, so then I get nothing unless I stop riding my bike and reset. I don't use bluetooth otherwise so I don't need it. I figured I could delete the app itself but it's not in the app list. Is there a way to do that?

Bluetooth is part of Linux, which is the operating system that Android is running in. It can be disabled - if you're familiar with working in the innards of Linux (and the phone is rooted).
