There is no LED light for my notifications, even though "Pulse notification light" is turned on.

I have a Huawei Honor 8 Lite. I'm not sure if there ever was a light but I think so, I've messed a lot with settings since I got my phone the other day. I'm not 100% yet if it doesn't show for everything but it doesn't show for Messenger app at least. I've checked the app itself and there is no option for LED light there.

it's deep in the settings under notifications & sound section called "light", try turning it off and on.
