Attached video to an email that was too large to send (Galaxy S 4). Shortly after lost the video while messing with "camera" files. Now the video seems to only survive as this attachment to the email.

Is there a way to move the attachment back to my phone ? It is a very important video for our family.

The "attachment" is a link to the file you deleted, so there's nothing to move. There's a possibility that if you root the phone, then install a deleted file recovery app (I use DiskDigger undelete), you'll still be able to recover it - but every time the phone is written to there's a chance that the file will be overwritten, because the space it's in is now considered usable.

(That's why every file that you consider important should be backed up to at least 1 other device (like a PC) and 1 cloud account.)
