I can't update my phone Samsung Galaxy 3 neo

[AC Question]

My phone's model is GT-I9301I and I tried to update my device its get rebooted and success 25% and then its failed and sent me to kies. but kies give me the same problem. I dunno what the hell his problem and in my first phone that same model was updated completly. anyone know and can help me pls?

Welcome to Android Central! This is an official system update pushed over-the-air? That phone is very old, so there wouldn't be any recent system updates for it. Is it an update to Lollipop?
