Switch off status during a call

I am talking to other person and 3rd person calls me then what setting is to be done so that 3rd person will hear that phone is switch off

If you want the second call to go directly to voicemail, check your phone settings and dialer settings to see if you need to turn off a "call waiting" option or something to that effect.
