why is my samsung galaxy pocket neo opening a spam site?

every time I open an app using Wifi my phone is forced into a spam site (antopod.com) and I went to settings and cleared, force stopped and cleared cache data and uninstalled the web browser (chrome) and still my phone is forced into it and I can't stop it. ps: I got a new phone (I phone 4s)
