About whatsapp calling

My problem is that when i call someone first time via whatsapp we both talk to each other very fine but if i ended the call and call again on that day at anytime we can not hear each other and that other person keeps on trying problem still exist the same .. :/

I guess it has something to do with WhatsApp restrictions in many countries to restrict VoIP, try a VPN.
