Android calendar went blank

[AC Question]

Motorola owner here. Had my calendar working fine, synched with Google calendar (which I don't use outside the phone). Then suddenly went blank, still has one or two events to which I was invited by a third party. Does not show any new events I make (it does give me a notification tho on empty calendar...)

Welcome to Android Central! Which Motorola phone? Is this the stock Calendar app, or the Google Calendar app? If you go to Settings>Accounts-Google and look at the Calendar listing. Is the sync turned on? Does it say Sync Error?
