So I don't know if this is more of a Windows question than an Android one, but I can clearly see that there are some 3+ GB of videos stored on device storage, and I would greatly like to move those to my Windows 10 computer to free up space. However, when I plug my phone into my laptop and look in the DCIM folder (where I previously read they should be), it simply says that the folder is empty. I've perused through what I think is every other folder on the file explorer in Windows 10, but I can't find anything, so I have all this phantom data floating around my phone that I can't do anything about. Help will be appreciated. Thanks.
