Samsung Galaxy S7 edge black screen

Hi

I am hoping to find someone who can help me on this frustrating issue.
So the problem i am having on my phone is "Black Screen"
when the phone goes into black screen, the phone will not turn on. Whatever i do to the phone would fail. I tried pressing the volume down button and the power button to reset the phone, but the phone won't response. I also tried the power button+Volume up+home screen, all did not work again. So i tried many possible combination that i found on youtube but all fails. the only solution would turn the phone on is to wait until the battery is drained then plug it in again then the phone would work.
I would like to mention that i factory reset the phone to make it get back to its factory condition but the problem still there. I do not know what to do now.
I will try to factory rest the phone again without downloading any app, i will keep it for 2 or 3 days and see what happen.

Have anyone came across this problem before and found a solution to it?

Definitely take it into the phone store.
