S8 Quick Dial for Favorites

Within the favorites under the phone app is there any way I can have it call the person right away? Right now when I click on a favorite it will pop up the call, message, and details option. I just want to click on one of my favorites and have it default to calling that individual immediately.

Welcome to Android Central.

No way to do that. Why don't you just set up your favorite numbers under speed dial. Just open your keypad on your phone, long press a number and it will ask which favorite you want to add to that number. Only number on the keypad you can't use is 1. From 2-9 you can assign a favorite. Then when you want to just dial a favorite long press their assigned number.

Better yet at least I think is to create a contact widget. Go into widgets then contacts and select the phone widget. Assign it your favorite person and from then on just press the icon on your home screen and it will call automatically.
