I have owned this tablet for quite a long time, but when I opened it up today it wouldn't let me connect to the internet. I have two internet signals, a 2.4 GHz and a 5.0 GHz. When my tablet is broken, the 2.4 GHz doesn't even show up, and when you attempt to sign in to the 5 GHz it fails and says authentication error. I reset the device and it fixes the problem, until the next day where it breaks.

Is there any way to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Do your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs have the same or different names? Make sure they have different names, since devices might get confused if the names are the same.
