[AC Question]

I recently changed phones from a Galaxy S5 to a Galaxy A5. Before doing this, I downloaded Smart Switch and transferred EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new phone. But my calendar is now BLANK, and all my appointments are lost.

I also have a Samsung account, and synced everything before getting my new phone. I checked my settings on the new phone, and everything is set to sync with my calendar now, but nothing is showing up.

Is there any way to still retrieve this old information, or did I just lose all of my information for no reason?

Well, this is tricky. Samsung account and Google account are not the same. Sometimes that brings confusion to users and lost of data.
