How to open WND-files in Android or elsewhere?

I use Android 5.1 on a Moto 2G. Recordings made in TMSoft's White Noise app are currently saved as WNA-files. However, in an older version of the app, they were WND-files. I have lost the older version of the app, but have very important older recordings as WND-files from it that I would like to open. But they can't be opened with the current app. Nor can they be opened on a pc with Windows btw. Is there any way to open them?

.wnd files are normally Farsite Project wind files or "unknown Apple files". There's no current Android app that can open them. (If someone developed an audio recorder that saves files with the wnd extension, it's anyone's guess what they are - .mp3 or anything else.)

Email the developer at support@tmsoft.com and ask if there's an app to open the old .wnd files, or if they're some recognized audio format that you can rename. (IOW, if an .mp3 file is saved as a .wnd file, just renaming it to .mp3 will allow an app that plays .mp3 files will allow them to play.)
