Android lost room to update removed all photos music cleaned removed unused apps did factory it was suppose to save contacts it didn't hate this phone need to restore but won't

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? When you add contacts to a phone, I always recommend making sure you're adding them to your Google account, not the local Phone account. If you add them to your Google account, they'll sync automatically with your Google Contacts in the cloud. If you add them to the local Phone account, they won't sync anywhere. If you subsequently clear out that Contacts data without first backing up the contacts manually, then they're gone.
