dead andriod with yellow triangle

[AC Question]

My husband had both our TracFone androids on, face to face in hand. When he gave mine back it had the dead android with yellow triangle on the screen. I shut off the phone, can't remember if I pulled the battery too, but upon turning it on again there are strings of words marching down my screen constantly. Anyone know how I can get this to go back to normal. It seems to be draining my battery twice as fast.

I suggest trying a hard reset. Hold your power and volume down button at the same time till you see it restart. Then let go of the buttons. Hopefully this will help with your issue. Thanks!
