Disadvantages being stuck on marshmallow.

Oreo is coming soon and nougat is the latest. Is it bad that I am stuck on marshmallow. Will I miss out on major features or apps that will only support later updates. Do these updates only contain minor changes and nothing to worry about?

You know, Marshmallow was the best in my opinion, Nougat is half baked and buggy. You're not doing too bad on M. There are a couple of minor tweaks with N, but they also took features away that were great....

Welcome to Android Central. I agree with @Tim1954 that MM is good if it does what you want. However, with O now out and N mainstream you'll have to be careful with apps downloading updates from the Play store as they may not be compatible with MM at some point. you can control that in the Play store settings.
