More granular control of mouse settings in Android

The default settings control for a mouse in Android is sparse at best. Dooes anyone know of an alternative that offers more granularity, eg cursor size, speed, acceleration ?

In the innards of Linux (the operating system that Android runs in), but that's taking a great risk for a small reward. Install Ubuntu in a computer (preferably on a drive of its own), and ask for help changing the mouse settings from the files, not from the GUI, on Ubuntu forums (https://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=332 is a good place to start). Once you've learned how it's done in Linux, you can root your Android device and do it there.

Thanks for response. Sucks that it as to be so complicated. Hope Google will eventually address.
