Keyboard down, i cant unlock my phone!

This happened on my samsung galaxy s6
I was texting and the "samsung keyboard stopped working" and it asked me if I wanted to close the app so I did. And it kept happening! So I switched the phone off and on again and since the phone had been switched off I cant use my fingerprint and the keyboard is not popping up for me to enter my password help please!

When you say 'switched off', do you mean that you tried a full Power Off & Restart?

I soft resetted the phone and hard resettled it a couple times and nothing happened, but I spoke to this dude and he was all like "emergency mode" and it totally worked and I unlocked it and took it off emergency mode so we coolio
