Google Apps not working after unrooting galaxy tab E

Hi everyone,

basically i followed an online guide to root my tablet in order to try out spoofing on pokemon go for a bit of fun. Part of the guide was to download GPS Joystick and move it into the system apps, then to unroot the tablet once done.

After unrooting though, not only did the GPS joystick app vanish completely, but now not one single google app works on the tablet. When i click them nothing happens, and i regularly get pop ups on the screen saying 'unfortunately hangouts has stopped', 'unfortunately google play store has stopped' etc and it never ends. Also when i click on the 'search' app, it comes up with what looks like T&C's in chinese writing. Aswell as this when i used my browser, although the keyboard was in english whatever i typed on it came out in chinese.

I seem to have managed to fix the keyboard issue now but still having problems with the other things. Have tried the download manager fix among others but nothing seems to work
