For the past few days I've been attempting to connect by galaxy S7 edge to my university's wifi (eduroam). I've been able to connect to the university's previous WiFis with no problems, and have just encountered issues with the current one. I've tried solutions such as
resetting my network settings,
forgetting the WiFi connection,
using WiFi fixer apps,
and setting up a static ip,
which connects to the WiFi but doesn't receive any actual internet connection. Since the WiFi belongs to my university I cannot do anything with routers to resolve my issue. I previously thought my login credentials ( done in the network settings rather than a university portal) were causing this issue but that seems not to be the case anymore.
