User Identification on Google Home

is there a way to get the userInfo of a user who is speaking into Google Home via simulator? I have a chatbot on api.ai and this bot has a webhook in heroku. I want the api.ai responses to have the username or email when responding to the user on the Google Home or the Google Actions Simulator.
